**TERM & CONDITION :**

1. **Deposit is required UPON BOOKING, Non-Refundable and is Subject to Cancellation Policy.No Amendment & Cancellation is allowed once booking confirmed.**Amendment of reservation is considered a cancellation and the cancellation fees will still apply in addition to the new fare.**Full Payment is required 110 Days prior to departure.**
2. **Above Cabin Price inclusive of NCCF RM880 (5N) per person.** Allprice stated are for per person in Malaysia Ringgit, subject to associated taxes and surcharges, correct at time of printed subject to change without prior notice. Rates are applicable to Malaysian & Foreigners holding employee pass or PR status in Malaysia only.**Exclude TourManager service,Travel document, Insurance, Visa Fee, Cruise Shore Excursion,Port Charges, Gratuity Fee, Government Taxes (Countries along the way), Holiday Surcharge, Optional land tour, Other incidental charges & items not mentioned.**
3. **All price are based on Twin Sharing basis (1st and 2nd Pax);** if involved 3rd and 4th pax will based on Triple or Quad Sharing Basis. Cabin is limited and subject to cabin availability.**Please always refer to our cruise team for system accuracy/real time availability.**
4. Any addition of guests to the existing cabin or new cabins after your booking is made shall be subjected to the cabin occupancy, availability and current prevailing rates. Any upgrade of category on your existing cabin shall be based on the current prevailing rates.
5. All guest are subject to the complete booking terms and conditions. Please refer to our staff for more information.
6. Cruising schedule, onboard programs and Itinerary are subject to Cruise Company Final Arrangement; Subject to change without Prior Notice.
7. Company reserve the right to adjust Itinerary / Price / T&C at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer: Due to Local/Religious festivals, Public holidays, Weather condition, Acts of nature, Transport technical issue & etc; Golden Destinations reserves the right to alter the sequence or change, amend or alter the itinerary if necessary, with or without prior notice.There will be no refund or replacement if the tour logistic affected by the issue.
9. **Passport MUST have at least 6 months validity from the returning date, passenger is responsible to ensure that all Travel documents &VISA are in order prior to departure.**
10. Each cabin must be at least have 1 adult**above 21 years old**.Infant age below 6 months & Pregnant above 24weeks are not allowed cruise.*\*\* for Pregnant,recommended to consult a doctor before ordering.*
11. We strongly recommend all passengers to purchase relevant travel accident insurance before traveling to ensure maximum protection for passengers' personal safety and property security.
