澄清启事：有关盗用*Golden Destination*名称的声明

特此提醒公众人士、各客户及ICE Holidays 合作伙伴们，本公司近日接获市民查询及举报，关于一个称为 *Golden Destination* (http://www.facebook.com/gangnamcream) 的网站盗用 Golden Destinations 的名称，使人相信其与本公司有关，使用Whatsapp招揽客户购买其旅游配套，意图及企图误导大众进行诈骗。

本公司特此郑重声明，ICE Holidays 并不拥有以上网站，也不会直接面向终端消费者进行沟通销售旅游产品。

上述网站、WhatsApp 内容及其开发商或拥有人，均与本公司及旗下业务或人士绝无任何关系。

鉴于本公司对于有不法分子利用本公司之商誉，冒充本公司职员向市民行骗，意图误导大众以谋取利益之行为极为关注，本公司对有关行为及相关人士保留追究法律责任的权力。

本公司现特此澄清，以正视听，并呼吁各界人士提高警惕，以免让不法份子有机可乘，招致损失。

如对本公司资料或职员的身份有怀疑，务必请小心确认，以作核实。

本公司已向警方报案及向旅游艺术文化部和 马来西亚通讯与多媒体委员会提交备案并采取法律行动。

[FRAUD ALERT NOTICE]

Unauthorized Use of Company Brand name and Misleading Activities

To our valued customers, business partners, and associates,

Please be informed that lately there has been an incident of unauthorized parties misusing the *Golden Destination* name and registrations details to promote Travel Packages to the general public and misleading them into paying a certain amount of money upon processing, sighting such fees being the administration/ travel packages fee.

ICE Holidays Sdn. Bhd does not solicit and has not authorized any of its personnel to have such a gesture. We would like to reiterate that we have no relationship in any shape or form with the above said fraud company.

We wish to inform the public that it is not ICE Holidays’ practice to deal directly with end users (customers). ICE Holidays appeals to the public not to respond to such fraud approaches.

ICE Holidays shall not be held responsible for any conclusion, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered arising from or as a result of the use or reliance on the purported fraud.

we have lodged a police report and submitted a reference to the Ministry of Tourism, Art, and Culture and also the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and proceed with legal action.
